This notice explains how Houssem Bahri, an individual seller based in Tunisia and operating as Houssem.mp4, uses information on this website. Contact: contact@houssem-mp4.com.

Free guide requests

When you request a guide, we collect your email address, request time, consent record and delivery status. We use these to send the requested guide, prevent repeated or abusive requests and help with delivery. Requesting a guide also signs you up for occasional emails with AI filmmaking tips and new guides; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying or emailing contact@houssem-mp4.com. Download links expire after seven days.

The Little Knight free package

We store your email, delivery status and request timestamps to send the DOCX guide and prompt skill through a private 48-hour link. Requesting the package also signs you up for occasional emails with AI filmmaking tips and new guides. We record the wording you agreed to and when. To unsubscribe or request deletion, reply to any email or write to contact@houssem-mp4.com.

We may keep short campaign labels such as the source, medium and campaign with your request. Basic daily funnel counters contain event names and counts, not email addresses or persistent visitor identifiers. Browser page-view and form-start counters respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Delivery and download events are counted to operate this service. Security rate limits use a hashed network identifier. Resend sends the email; our existing hosting and private storage services deliver the files. The retention and international-processing information below also applies.

Purchases and support

PayPal processes payments under its own privacy notice. We may receive your payer email, transaction reference, amount, currency and payment status to fulfil the order and resolve problems. We do not collect or store full payment-card details. If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message. Do not send passwords or card details.

Contact form

If you use the project form on the hire page, we receive your name, email address and message by email through Resend so we can reply. The website does not keep a copy of your message. Security rate limits use a hashed network identifier. To ask us to delete your messages, email contact@houssem-mp4.com.

Hosting, delivery and international processing

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for guide and contact-form emails, and PayPal for payments. These services may process information outside Tunisia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Access is limited to service operation and authorised administration. We do not sell your signup list.

Our processing purposes are your requested delivery, order fulfilment, support, security and applicable legal obligations. Where consent is relied upon, you can withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed.

Cookies, local storage and embedded services

The website stores your chosen light or dark theme in your browser. You can remove this preference through your browser settings. We do not install advertising pixels or a standalone visitor-analytics tracker in this website’s code. Hosting, security and sign-in services may use necessary cookies or logs.

The Vimeo preview loads when you hover over the film on desktop or tap play on mobile, with Vimeo’s Do Not Track option enabled. Loading it still shares connection information, such as your IP address, with Vimeo. PayPal loads when you open the purchase checkout and may use cookies for payment, security and fraud prevention. You can browse the portfolio without loading either service.

Security and retention

Security controls include signed, time-limited download links, restricted administration and request limits. An encoded network identifier is used for abuse prevention; it is not anonymous data. No online service can promise absolute security.

Guide and support records are kept while needed for delivery, support, abuse prevention or applicable legal duties, then should be deleted or de-identified. Purchase records may need to be retained for accounting or legal claims. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention periods. Ask us for information about a specific record or to request deletion.

Your choices and rights

Contact contact@houssem-mp4.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify that the request is yours, and some legal records cannot be deleted immediately. You may contact Tunisia’s INPDP, or the competent privacy authority where you live, about a complaint.
