Terms & digital guide licence

What you are buying

Frame Zero is a digital learning guide, not a video course or a subscription. The product page describes the included PDF, HTML guide, modules, prompts and tools. Delivery is by email as a ZIP file. A current browser, a PDF reader and software capable of extracting ZIP files are required. AI subscriptions, generation credits and third-party software are not included.

Prices are shown in USD. Check the product, final total, currency and any applicable fees displayed in PayPal before confirming payment. Currency-conversion charges imposed by your payment provider are separate. A promotion ends at the date and time shown on the product page.

Using your guide

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to read the guide and use its methods and reusable prompts in your own personal or commercial projects. You may keep a backup for your own use. You may not resell, publicly share, sublicense or redistribute the guide, its files or download links without written permission. This does not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.

Portfolio images, sample films, character references, music, software logos and third-party material are not supplied as reusable production assets unless a specific licence says otherwise. You remain responsible for obtaining rights and consent for material used in your projects.

AI tools and results

The guide is educational. Generated results vary with the model, prompt, inputs and provider. We do not promise particular earnings, employment, business results, legal clearance or identical outputs. Third-party tools can change pricing, availability or behaviour. Their own terms and licences apply.

Names and logos identify tools used in the workflow. They do not imply endorsement, certification or an official relationship with their owners.

Orders, delivery and refunds

Read the Delivery & refunds policy before payment. The terms shown when you purchase apply to that purchase. Downloading a file does not, by itself, waive any statutory cancellation or remedy rights.

Fair use and security

Do not use the website to send spam, attempt unauthorised access, bypass download restrictions or interfere with other visitors. We may restrict abusive access. This does not remove rights relating to a valid purchase.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We take reasonable care over the website and guides but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free third-party tools. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, or limits remedies for a product that is not as described. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections available in your country.

Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can investigate. You retain any right to use a competent court, regulator or other legally available dispute process. We do not impose an exclusive foreign forum or mandatory arbitration through these terms.
