Delivery & refunds

Updated 6 October 2026

Seller: Houssem Bahri, individual seller in Tunisia, trading as Houssem.mp4. Contact: contact@houssem-mp4.com.

Digital delivery

Frame Zero is delivered manually by email as a ZIP after payment confirmation. It is not an instant-download checkout. Delivery goes to the email associated with your PayPal payment. Check your inbox and spam folder, and contact us with your payment reference if the file has not arrived. Do not send your card number or PayPal password.

The free guide is emailed automatically where delivery is available. Its signed link lasts seven days; you can request it again after expiry.

Missing, damaged or incorrect files

If a file is missing, corrupt, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us with the order reference and a brief description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a replacement, correction, price reduction or refund. Payment-provider dispute rights remain available.

Cancellation and statutory rights

Your rights depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of your purchase. Tunisian electronic-commerce rules provide withdrawal and remedy rights subject to their legal conditions and exceptions. If mandatory rules in your country also protect you, those protections remain in force.

Where EU distance-selling protections apply, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to a digital-content contract. Loss of that right requires the legally prescribed express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. This website does not treat viewing this policy or downloading a guide as an automatic waiver.

To cancel or request a refund, email us with your name, purchase date, transaction reference and a clear statement of what you are requesting. A reason is not required where applicable law permits withdrawal without one. You may use: “I wish to withdraw from my purchase of Frame Zero, ordered on [date], transaction [reference], under the name [name].”

How refunds are handled

Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional processing time. No statement on this website overrides mandatory consumer rights. There is no blanket “all digital sales are final” rule.
